Our shop specializes in crafting unique flare (buttons & magnets) that inspire and empower – whether you're supporting a cause close to your heart, honoring a loved one, or simply expressing yourself in a unique way.

Our Mission

At Awareness Flare, our mission is simple: to create flare that inspire, educate, and foster a sense of community. Every flare is designed and handmade with love in our home office using high-quality materials, ensuring each product is durable and meaningful. From personalized name tags to advocacy flare for causes like autism acceptance, breast cancer awareness, and mental health, we aim to provide products that speak to your heart and personality.

Our Story

The idea for Awareness Flare was born out of a desire to do more – to create something that was not only fun and creative but also meaningful. After personally experiencing the power of self-expression in the face of adversity, I realized how important it is to give people a way to connect through shared understanding. I wanted to use my talents to help others express themselves and show support for causes that matter to them.

In 2024, I made the life-changing decision to step away from the corporate world and dedicate myself to giving back to the community. Over 500 hours of volunteer work with local non-profits followed, advocating for myself and others along the way. In the early 2000s, I was diagnosed as autistic, and this journey led me to become an active member of the autistic community. As an EMT, I am able to relate to the unique challenges of providing care and used that experience to facilitate training for first responders.

Through these experiences, I realized that our flare is more than just an accessory; it's a statement. They spark conversations, create connections, and remind us that we’re not alone in our journeys. Whether you’re raising awareness for a cause, honoring a loved one, or celebrating a personal milestone, we want our flare to be part of your story—making a difference one small, yet powerful, piece at a time.

Our mission extends beyond just selling products. We regularly set up flare-making stations at local events, allowing participants to create and personalize their own flare. This hands-on engagement strengthens our community and fosters creativity and connection.

A portion of every sale - 10% - goes directly back into the community to continue supporting causes that matter most.
